Does Smart Parenta Control work?

Hi,

My Smart Parental Control has not worked since new years. I have sent several mails to Netgear and posted on this forum, but gotten no response from Netgear. 

My question is, does anyone have a working SPC? I can not get usage from the different profiles or block internet access (or pause it etc)... For me the SPC is useless without these functions.

I have RBR750 system with firmware V4.6.14.3
