Does any Cable Modem/Router exist with Parental Controls?

I bought a Nighthawk Cable Modem/Router but it turns out there are no parental controls on that device. I've searched up and down and as far as I can tell, only routers have Parental Controls, not modems. Am I missing something?
To be clear, I'm looking for parental controls that allow me to set up filters specific to each child and assign multiple devices to each.

Thank you for those links, particularly the 3rd one, because it pointed to this cable modem being the only one that has Smart Parental Controls: https://www.netgear.com/home/wifi/mesh/cbr750/
The big problem I had is that the Smart Parental Controls page itself does not include this device on its list of options.

From what I can tell this feature has been added to this device somewhat recently so it wasn't listed on the product spec on Amazon.
If someone at Netgear is reading this, make sure to update your Parental Controls page to actually include all the devices that support it! I almost went with a different company's product.
