How do I apply for a refund for the security software
Hi,
I installed a Netgear RAXE500, the security software (and subscribed for 12 months) and also installed the parental controls (I think a trial).
However, the RAXE500's wifi is really really strong and made me feel ill whenever it was in use. i am returning it to amazon for a full refund.
How do I apply for a refund for the security software (paid $40 for the first year) and turn off recurring billing + turn off the parental software so I'm not billed. (Can't recall if I paid or not because by then I was really off) I'm not plugging that horror show back in EVER. But the software doesn't seem to work without the haardware running.
How do I reuest a refund and stop any further billing for services I will never use. (Now replaced the router with an Asus and will be installing the Jresco firmware (already purchased) to reduce the radiation now that I've been wi-fried.....
