How to allow Qustodio VPN on devices using Teen profile on Orbi Parental Controls

I normally set the filter for all devices in the house to Teen.

I noticed this blocks the VPN I use on my work laptop and the Qustodio VPN on my kids iPhones.

How do I allow Qustodio VPN throug parental controls on a profile with Teen content restrictions?

I noticed if I change the profile to Adult, Qustodio and my work VPN function normally.

But I don't want to set the profile for my kids iPhones to adult.

How do I plumb the Qustodio VPN through my Orbi's Parental Controls?

Note this worked fine on my R7000 with Disney Circle.  Doesn't seem to work with Orbi with Netgear Parental Controls.

Let me know how to install Circle on my RBK53 if that's my best option.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Circle product.
