I continue to have this problem even with updating the firmware. Furthermore, I used to use and pay for circle but it stopped recognizing my modem… I can’t get any parental controls working.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
