No devices show in Nighthawk app

Trying to use the new parental controls feature but no devices are showing as connected in the app. However, if I log in on a browser to the router, I can see them all. App version is 2.26.0.61

I've rebooted phone and router, uninstalled, reinstalled the app and nothing.
