One computer bypassing Parental Controls

Hi, I just bought the AX4200 WiFi Cable Modem Router (CBR750), installed it in place of my cable modem, and set up #Parental Controls. All my devices appear to be properly blocked, safesearch forced on, etc. except one particular Windows 11 computer, which does get blocked going to some porn sites but not all, does not have safesearch forced on, and can even access sites that are explicitly blocked in both the profile and in the advanced router settings.  I've confirmed that other devices on the same profile to get blocked as expected, so it's the computer and not the profile settings.

Help?
