Orbi RBR750 - error when page is blocked by SPC, "Hmm, we're having trouble connecting to My Time"
I have an Orbi RBR750 setup with Smart Parental Controls (SPC). When laptops on the home network hit a page that is blocked, they get an error in the browser:
"Hmm, we're having trouble connecting to My Time. Make sure this device is assigned to a Profile in My Time".
The URL of the error page is "filter.meetcircle-netgear.com/". The devices involved are all correctly assigned to an SPC Profile, so that isn't the issue.
This is weird for a number of reasons:
- Why does the URL have Circle in the name? This is using Netgear SPC, I have never installed Circle.
- Why does the URL talk about My Time? This is a laptop, not an android/iOS device
I assume this page is meant to show something more informative?

Try using the Nighthawk mobile app to enable or disable SPC. Its the only way to control SPC.
