Parent controls no longer block specific sites

I recently bought the parent control for my nighthawk and in the last few days I have noticed it is no longer blocking YouTube at all after all efforts, timer, blockers, site manager options have been employed. Omegle is also now allowed again and this is not protecting my children from unnecessary garbage and harm. Please advise!

I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

Hello, same issue for the Orbi.  For a couple months now, I cannot see specific sites visited in the history. I only see times of activity. This renders specific website parental control management useless:  I cannot see what the users are accessing nor can I see what I am blocking.
