Problems with History in Smart Parental Controls on RAX10 Router

Hi All,

Just purchase and installed the RAX10 router and all appears to be working well.  I purchased this router largely for its Smart Parental Control (SPC) features.   I've created profiles for my laptop and smartphone and when I look at the SPC History for either device it only shows history for "Today".   I see no way to view history for any day in the past.  I found the screen shown below on the netgear.com website which clearly indicates that viewing past history should be possible.   

Would appreciate any advice on how to view past History in SPC.
