I have been in touch with netgear for 3 weeks now and they cant help so im here. I have a orbi 850 mesh system and 1 "spc" profile cannot be deleted or add devices to. It gives me an error. They have had me delete the app, factory reset the router to defaults and start from scratch. This has not fixed the problem with the profile that needs to be removed. I feel like its server side. I've reloaded the firmware as well. I can add new profiles and delete them but cant get rid of 1 profile. Is there any ideas you guys have. This is extremely frustrating after paying close to 1k dollars for this mesh system and they can fix such a small problem. Thanks
