RAX30 Smart Parental Controls

Hi there. I have an RAX30 router and am trying to purchase the Smart Parental Controls from within the Nighthawk app. The main issue is that when I go to purchase it, it says there was something wrong and it can't go through. The secondary issue is that the app is advertising a whole year for $28, but when I attempt to proceed to the next page it says it costs $69.99. I have used the 30 day trial before. My router is fully updated. How can I get this issue resolved? Thanks.
