The evidence I see leads toward the conclusion that Netgear does not provide any form of Parental Controls for the AX product line:

It looks like the products that do have it, are having it removed
The talk here on this thread is of a "new" Smart Parental Controls system no longer based on OpenDNS as the former Netgear Live Parental Control (LPC).
