RBR850 Requires Factory Reset after Power Outage
I have an Orbi RBR850. After a power outage that extends beyond battery backpack, the Orbi losses all settings.
I have to do a factory reset and reprogram the Orbi and every connected device. Any advice or suggestions appreciated. Jeff Rinek

Re: RBR850 Requires Factory Reset after Power Outage
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed or loss of configuration.

You might try this:
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Re: RBR850 Requires Factory Reset after Power Outage
The factory reset of my RBR850 does not give me access - either through the app or web
It took several minutes to reset, and only after realeasing the reset several times.

Re: RBR850 Requires Factory Reset after Power Outage
Someone posted over on the Orbi AX forum that they pressed the reset button for a full 1 minute then released the button and then was able to access the RBR setup wizard at 192.168.1.1.
