SPC not working on Rax10
The router had gone off line and reset it turned on and the SPC CONTROL DOES NOT WORK AGAIN. Have reset the router, redownloaded the app and I'm not sure what else to do and I'M PAYING FOR IT. Can't call customer support unless you buy a contract. I've had this since last November. Help please.

You should be able to get support for subscription services.
To get a hold of support for subscriptions services like Armor/Circle, click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process.
Click on: My Support---->Contact Support---->Get help with my subscription service

Yeah, you should be able to get support, but you can't. You cannot if you do not have an entitlement contract purchased. So, thanks for stealing our money Netgear and not supporting your software products.

This should be easy to fix. I’ve checked and my device is NOT using private browsing. I should be able to ignore uncategorized traffic.
