Setting up profile issue for RAX45

I recently activated the Smart Parental Controls on my RAX 45 Netgear router. I have one PC that is used by my wife in the mornings and our son in the afternoons during the weekday. I need a profile that allows her to use the PC unrestricted and also puts a time limit on our son's use after school. How do i do this?

Right now, when i set the son's up for his time limit, the wife's use takes his time and then shuts the net down on her and then his time is already gone.

Basically, i need the program to be inactive in the mornings and then start up at like 300pm to allow for his time which starts at 500pm.
