Re: Smart Parental Control, but getting the following error, SPC-ACT-FAIL
Thank you for the links. I have gone through all of those already, but still get the error, SPC-ACT-FAIL when trying to setup the Parental Control from the Orbi phone app.
Do you have any other suggestions?

Might updated to v.5 on your system:

Or file a bug report with in the Orbi app:

Re: Smart Parental Control, but getting the following error, SPC-ACT-FAIL
Hi.
I was able to resolve the issue with Netgear Tech Support.
We did two things.
1. Update Router and Satellites to latest firmware, 4.6.8.5
2. Reset the Router to factory settings.
After doing both of these, I was able to setup Parental Controls.

When you perform a factory reset, does it "downgrade" the firmware?
Had you completed a trial prior to having the issue?
Thanks.

Re: Smart Parental Control, but getting the following error, SPC-ACT-FAIL
Factory reset only works for a few hours/days/weeks and it will fail again. The permanent fix to make SPC works has never been released. Almost a year of waiting now (RIP Circle which worked so well)
