To use Access Control, please use the Orbi App

I have enabled Parentel Control within the Orbi App to setup Sleeping Times for my kids. This works great for all devices assigned to the kids profile.

But the kids nowadays are smart enough to setup Mac spoofing so they easily get around this feature. So the next thing I want to configure is to have all new devices blocked automatically. This was a setting in the webinterface of the router, but now it shows 'To use Access Control, please use the Orbi App'. But I can't find the setting anywhere in the Orbi App to have new devices block automatically. Where can this be done? It just feels now to have paid for a Subscription that is too easy for kids to bypass.
