Unable to delete profile parental controls

Im unable to delete a profile on smart parental controls. Keeps telling me unable to delete. Ive disabled parental controls and rebooted router. Still giving me the error unable to delete account. It...

It doesn't allow me to do anything with her profile. It just says error. I can't delete it or add devices to the profile.

This is the worst money I've ever spent. Company doesn't respond at all to open cases or forum. I will never buy Netgear again.
