Unable to delete profile parental controls
Im unable to delete a profile on smart parental controls. Keeps telling me unable to delete. Ive disabled parental controls and rebooted router. Still giving me the error unable to delete account. It wont even let me add devices to the profile as well. Its like stuck.

Re: Unable to delete profile parental controls
hi guys
try this steps
you can set up parental controls which are given below
1. Open the Family Link app .
2. Select your child.
3. Tap Controls Content restrictions. Google Play.
4. Tap the type of content you want to filter.
5. Choose how to filter or restrict access.
Hope so my suggestion will help you and please update me .

Re: Unable to delete profile parental controls
It doesn't allow me to do anything with her profile. It just says error. I can't delete it or add devices to the profile.

Re: Unable to delete profile parental controls
This is the worst money I've ever spent. Company doesn't respond at all to open cases or forum. I will never buy Netgear again.
