My parental app is not working, it says it blocks sites and it does not, it says it pauses devices but they still work. I have reached out to NETGEAR several times and spent hours on the phone with them. They have not fixed the issue and now they stopped replying to my requests for support.
The program "urldb.meetcircle-netgear.co has 1,226,820 pings on my network in under 7 days.
Anyone else have issues with NETGEAR not responding and providing support? Can you recommend a router with that has a good mesh network for 1g fiber internet that is NOT netgear?
Please help!
