Re: "Netgear my time invite pending" stuck
This Knowledgebase article appears to indicate that customers who have paid to subscribe to a Netgear service such as Smart Parental Controls (SPC) can contact Netgear for support:
https://kb.netgear.com/000063635/How-do-I-get-help-with-my-NETGEAR-subscription-service
Many of us came to the Community Forum because our 90 days of 'complimentary support' had expired and we were reluctant to pay to talk to someone working at a "Level 1" help desk. (That was my situation in 2018.)
If you have subscribed (and paid!) for SPC, perhaps this is a way to get support?

Re: "Netgear my time invite pending" stuck
Please share "what happens". Having never subscribed to a Netgear service, I have no experience with their support. If I'm giving useless advice, I'd rather stop than mislead people. On the other hand, if Netgear is helpful, it would be welcome news.
