"Netgear my time invite pending" stuck
Stuck trying to connect my time app. Cannot get past "netgear my time invite pending". Both devices on wifi. Tried reboot orbi router. Tried uninstall reinstall my time app on child's phone. How do I reset the installation process of my time app?

- The orbi app on my phone states "pairing pending" for several days.
The my time app on kids phone won't go past the qr code.
I cannot seem to delete the attempted install suvh that I can retry install from scratch. - CrimpOnGuru - Experienced User
This Knowledgebase article appears to indicate that customers who have paid to subscribe to a Netgear service such as Smart Parental Controls (SPC) can contact Netgear for support:

Many of us came to the Community Forum because our 90 days of 'complimentary support' had expired and we were reluctant to pay to talk to someone working at a "Level 1" help desk. (That was my situation in 2018.)
If you have subscribed (and paid!) for SPC, perhaps this is a way to get support?
