APC Smart UPS 750
Hi All
Some advice and assistance please
I have;
RN104 OS6.1.6
APC Smart UPS-750 with USB and 9617 NMC
Have connected the UPS to the NAS via USB and it is not recognised
Tried connecting via SNMP - Receive a communications error 'Error During Post Proc - code 17003030001'
The UPS is an older model (2004) but works fine and if it is connected via USB or SNMP to a Synology NAS is recognised and reports correctly.
Any thoughts or advice on if this UPS is compatable
TIA

Re: APC Smart UPS 750
HI Ki-Adi
Thanks for the reply
I have sorted out a workaround for this.
The Synology Server (DS1812+) runs a NUT service and by creating a Remote UPS pointing to the DS1812+ IP address, and using the monuser/pass settings, the RN104 sees the UPS correctly.
