After login problem and osreinstall, my netgear shows only 245GB free - 1.8TB used butno datas shown

Hello friends

After a login problem and os reinstall (not factory default) by the boot menue of the NAS, it's shows only 245 GB of free space and one folder (Videos) without any datas. The admin site shows 1.8 TB used but no datas are shown. I think, my datas are already on the disks but not in the mounted partition... How can i change the partition or activate my datas? Thank you very much for your help!

The safest way is to contact Netgear support at my.netgear.com - though they will charge.
