Anti-Virus Stopped updating

Hi

I purchased 2 x ReadyNAS RN212 (2 X 4TB) last September 2020, both NAS drives stopped updating the antivirus, one in November (2020) and the second in April (2021), both NAS drives have the latest firmware versions 6.10.4, both NAS drives are on a Windows 10 peer-to-peer cable network with DHCP enabled, the internet is showing available.

I have tried disabling and enabling the antivirus in the admin page, I have re-booted the NAS drive but still unable to get the antivirus to update.

Any Ideas..?

Kindly update to 6.10.5. This resolves update issues on ARM units like the 200 series.

Hi

I upgraded the firmware to 6.10.5 a couple of days ago and one of my nas drives is still not updating the anti-virus, last update was 1st November 2020, acn anyon help.
