App images are not loading

I am seeing a strange issue where all apps, both installed and available do not load any images, and I do not recall it ever properly loading images. Is there a simple solution for this?

Model: ReadyNAS 2304

Firmware 6.10.7

Are the installed apps running?

Is "internet available" checked on the cloud page?

Yes, the installed apps are running. 
The cloud page says there is internet and they have the images (if that matters)

I checked on the backend and found that the logo.png files do exist for the installed apps.
