Cannot Access Admin Page

Hello,
I have performed the account change/upgrade that has been forced upon me & now I am unable to access the Admin page which is incredibly frustrating.
When I attempt to access the Admin page I am asked to provide a User Name & Password & when I enter my username & password it just returns me to the same login 'Authentication Required' page.
I would appreciate some assistance in this matter.

Hi maximusmayhem,
In addition to what StephenB said, the default password is 'password' or you can use the one that you made when setting up the device. If in case that it still won't let you in, you can perform OS reinstall.

Do you mean the NAS admin page? If so, the username is "admin".

Hi I had the same issue. When the 2 lines come up with (username) and (password). In the empty line with user u must type 'admin' and in password section u typ 'password'.
The admin page now shold come up for you. Hope this helps. Enjoy your ReadyNAS 😉
