Cannot register ReadyNas 716 product that I purchased Brand New

Hello,

 

I purchased a ReadyNas 716 in 2015 brand new.  I am attepting to ad Arcus Milestone licenses to it, however it appears I need to register my product.  In attempting to register it, it says "Product already registered".  However, it's not under my registered products.

 

How can I resolve this?

Do you use a different email for ReadyCloud?

 

Can you private message me your serial number?

It appears this unit was registered with a small typo in the email address. I’ll ask I.T. for the accounts to be merged.

How long does the merging usually take.  I don't see the ReadyNas 716 in my products as of today.
