What issue exactly?
What NAS?
What firmware was it running?
Are you running flexraid or xraid?
If flexraid, was this a new volume or an existing volume?

It would be helpful if you answered all the questions above. I can tell from the screen shot that you have an OS 6 NAS, but nothing else.
You might also want to try paid netgear support (my.netgear.com).
