Hi Brian,
I solved already the issue. Error code is related to the Time Machine feature ( the maximum number of the time machine users is 16) and by default is enabled. I disabled the Time Machine feature and now i am able to create users.
Thank you,

Hi shakiri,
Welcome to the community!
Can you clarify if this error message comes up after creating a new local ReadyNAS user? Some screenshots would help and I suggest that you prepare your device logs.
Kind regards,
BrianL
