External Drive has lock and is read-only

External Drive has lock and is read-only, but 2 shares are backing up fine.
I have not been able to make the External Drive Read/Write.
Any suggestions out there?

Check the drive on Windows and Fix any Errors using Scandisk , Safe Remove and then try connecting back to NAS .
