Help! Cannot recover space from deleted files

Greetings! ReadyNAS 424, software 6.10.2. 4x4TB in RAID5.
My volume is getting full, and I cannot seem to reclaim space from deleted files. I have disabled all snapshots and deleted the individual snapshots. I deleted more than 1TB of data, but still no change in available space.
What am I missing? I do not have any Recycle Bin functionality, so no way to "Empty". Is there some sort of cleanup I can run via SSH?
TIA!

Found the solution in this post:
Basically, my ReadyNAS had snapshots that did not appear in the GUI, so I could not delete them.
I used:
btrfs subvolume list -s /data
to find the snapshots, and then:
btrfs subvolume delete <full path to volume>
to delete them, recovering almost 2TB of space!

Re: Help! Cannot recover space from deleted files
Also, the Shares page on the admin panel shows zero snapshots, but on the Volume page it shows over a TB used for snapshots. Screenshots attached.
