How do I open a ticket for a ReadyNAS 4220?
Here is my situation.
I am trying to get tech support for a ReadyNAS that is currentlly under warranty but for the life of me, I can't.
When I try to register it by serial number, the registration gets rejected becuase it is already registered under someone else's name.
In all likelihood it was registered by someone who doesn't work at my employer anymore.
When I tried to call tech support, the automated message told me to open my case online and then hung up on me.
My ReadyNAS has been acting flakey and I just want to get a support engineer to look at the logs and let me know if its a hardware issue.
So my question(s):
Does Netgear hate their customers?
Does anybody know of a phone # I could call to get this straightned out?
or
Does anybody know of a generic support email address I could use to get the logs submitted?
Thanks in advance for whatever help you could give me.

You may get a reply here from a Netgear moderator, but this is not support. Have you tried https://www.netgear.com/support/default.aspx?
