Increased ATA error on all 4 disk's immediately after update to 6.6.0
NAS now running background service only - no access to data.
Was happily running 4 x WD Red 4TB disks
From admin log page of Raidar, I see it updated to 6.6.0 on Nov 3rd and 5th after which it immediately starting posting ata error counts for all 4 disks, shutting down, rebooting and launching background service. Data increasingly slow to access to the current point of no access.
Tried three times to contact Netgear with the form failing to send.
What to do?

Can you send me your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

NB: A ReadyNas is not an excuse not to have a backup. Fire, theft, multiple disk failures, other hardware failure, floods, user negligence etc. can all result in loss of data.
