LCD Display Dead - ReadyNAS Pro Business
Hi Folks,
Has anyone else had a problem with the OELD Display malfunctioning on the ReadyNAS Pro Business Edition (RNDP6310)? Could this be an incompatibility with the latest firmware? Does anyone know where I can find older versions of the firmware to try? Many thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide. 🙂

Re: LCD Display Dead - ReadyNAS Pro Business
Is it still under warranty?
Are you running 4.2.27?
I have not heard of this problem on the forums.
What exactly is happening? Nothing on the display at all, that sounds like a hardware problem.
You could , just to be sure, power down, remove all your disks ( label them) insert a spare disk and factory default the unit. if the problem persists then it's almost certainly hardware.
4.2.26 is at the link below, but it's unlikely to make a difference, if you are planning to install that then I'd do an OS reinstall first, ( assuming you are running 4.2.27)
