Display shows booting up 96% and has been stuck there for over 24 hours. any suggestions? I would like to keep the data that I have in the drives.

Re: NAS RN214 will not boot up
Perhaps try an OS reinstall from the front panel next. See pages 58-59 here: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/READYNAS-100/ReadyNAS_%20OS6_Desktop_HM_EN.pdf

No. It will
- reset the nas admin password to password
- reset the network configuration to use DHCP with no bonding
- turn off volume quota
Other settings shouldn't be changed, and data shouldn't be affected.
