Hello,
I'm having problems trying to get my RN214 ReadyNAS server to monitor a UPS connected to an NV+ UPS to USB. I also have a ProPioneer monitoring the UPS without issue.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
Thank you!
UPS Model: CyberPower LX1500GU
NV+
IP: 192.1.106 (connected by USB to CyberPower UPS)
Enable network monitoring of attached UPS (on)
Hosts allowed access: 192.168.1.0/24
Pro Pioneer
Enable monitoring of UPS physically attached to a remote ReadyNAS
Remote IP address: 192.168.1.106
(works ok)
RN214
Under “Power”, UPS selected “+”
Name: NVPlusUPS
Description: (left blank)
Type: Remote UPS
Address: 192.168.1.106
User: Admin
Password: ********
(I have also tried with no admin and pwd)

Re: RN214, Pro Pioneer RNDP 600E, NV+ with UPS monitoring
Thank you!!
It never occurred to me that I needed to use the specific UPS name "UPS" for remote monitoring.
I feel silly for not having looked at the user manual
