RN214 not allowing network connections
Then NAS stays on line but after a week or so users can no longer connection. Users are a mix of Win 7and Win 10. The SMB Plus app is set to SMB 2.1 - Windows 7 / 2008 R2
Any thoughts ?

- What firmware is the NAS running?
- When access drops, does it affect all users? If so, can you still access the Web UI?
- How are you recovering from this?

6.10.0 hotfix 2
yes all lose access.... win 7 and win 10 clients
yes the WEB UI is avaiable
I log into the WEB UI and doing a restart ......
Once the restart completes access is available again for a week to 2weeks !
