RN314 Creating External Connections

Greetings,
A little guidance please regarding unauthorised "Miscellaneous" connections to outside organisations being made by my ReadyNAS 314 without my knowledge.
I am in the process of switching internal connections from AFP to SMB/CIFS and encountering performance problems. I have been monitoring the ReadyNAS closely and was surprised to see in the "Connections" log that my ReadyNAS is making external connections all on its own (attached screenshot). Today it is apparently to Cloudflare, yesterday it was apparently to Amazon (50.18.202.68). I have been turning antivirus on and off, but have not been running any other apps. Should this be happening? Can I stop it?
Thanks for any and all guidance,
Mark

Nothing to worry, ... ReadyCloud stuff, firmware and hotfix checks typically:
root@RN516:~# netstat -ntnp
Active Internet connections (w/o servers)
Proto Recv-Q Send-Q Local Address Foreign Address State PID/Program name
tcp 0 0 10.10.1.105:37744 52.18.224.100:443 ESTABLISHED 3406/xagent
tcp 0 0 10.10.1.105:39504 54.241.104.57:443 ESTABLISHED 18293/curl
...
tcp 0 0 10.10.1.105:54806 52.52.77.156:443 ESTABLISHED 14238/leafp2p
...
