ReadyNAS 42600 had (2) Seagate 12TB red label drives; I copied all my video files from PC to NAS on 12/16/2022; shut down and powered up for several days, no issue. Added 3rd 12TB red label drive; system adjusted partition (??) for about 48 hours and created a RAID-5 setup; capacity was up at 20TB I believe; ran for 24 hours w/o issue.
Powered down, from the webpage interface, for the night. Unable to boot the next morning (12/22/2022). Removed all (3) drives (labeled each); unable to boot, unable get past the "NETGEAR Storage Welcome" message with no drives; put in (2) 4TB drives, but NAS is still unable to get past the "NETGEAR Storage Welcome" message. Responded to Ankit's e-mail messages and performed requested tasks.
Received an e-mail from Ankit on 12/26/2022 @ 8:23 pm (PST) stating, "I hope your question was fully answered. If you have any other queries, please feel free to contact us." I responded on 12/26/2022 @ 8:55 pm (PST), stating no they were not and that I still had a nonfunctional NAS.
Ankit responded on 12/28/2022 @ 12:23 am (PST) that he is closing out my ticket.
