Ready NAS RN21400

Ready NAS RN21400

hi 

 

I have a Ready Nas and I have had it connected to Rready cloud for a while, I replaced all the disks and when the unit came back on line it shows everything it should do when you log into it, however it's showing as off line on readycloud, I removed it from ready cloud and when i try and it back to readycloud it says it already added? Has anyone any ideas where I need to go?

Hi mrstraton1969,

 

Welcome to the Community!

 

May I know the current firmware of your RN214?

 

Under the Cloud tab of the NAS' local admin page, you can check the status of the Internet and Service. Both of them should have a green check for the ReadyCLOUD to work. If one of them does not have it, you can try assigning a static DNS address on the NAS and see if that helps in resolving the issue.
