ReadyCloud Not Connecting Remotely

Why is is that, years after the regular ReadyCloud remote failure to connect isse was raised, I still have to uninstall and reinstall ReadyCloud every couple of months to maintain the ability to connect remotely?

What OS are you using? Mac or Windows? What issues are you getting when using the ReadyCloud app? There are no known issues after the VPN Disconnectd issue was fixed.

 

Hope we can help, kindly provide us the logs. Have you checked if a DNS server was added on the NIC properties? There are times that the remote connection to the NAS have delays when accessing it due to the client and host Internet connection.
