ReadyNAS 214 "Volumes" screen blank empty, but NAS is working?

I didn't use my ReadyNAS 214 for a few months, and just took it out again today. I put in just 1x 500gb disk (ran diskpart and clean on Windows), and booted.

Everything looked fine on the Overview page. I see a "data" volume was created correctly as default, and the Shares page showed default shares such as "Documents", "Home Folders", "Music"... were created as default. I was able to see the NAS on the network, and copied a test file from Windows 10 PC to the a folder at 100MB/s... So everything is fine.

However, the Volumes tab is showing a blank screen. See attached screenshot. I have tried different browsers, and rebooted the NAS a few times. See the same issue. The log is completely clean.

Any hint on what is going on? Firmware is 6.10.3.

I swapped out the disk and put in just 1x 2TB drive. This worked well, and the Volumes tab worked fine. I tried to add the 500GB drive as a spare drive after the NAS came up correctly on the 2TB drive, but the Volume tab didn't show the new disk...

I suspect the 500GB disk is not compatible in some small way with RN214 that doesn't affect the overall function, however not able to see Volumes tab makes the disk not usable.

I'll just use the small disk somewhere else. Just to note, Windows sees the 500GB disk, and can format, copy and read files from it just file.

    I haven't seen this before.

    What browsers have you tried?

Do you have internet security or ad-blocking software enabled on the PC?

Have you tried browsing from a different device?
