ReadyNAS 524 ELC folder, setting permissions on sub folders
Hi Everyone,
We just setup and configured our new ReadyNAS 524 with Egnyte storage sync, ad we currently have a ReadyNAS 514 already runnign this configuration in another office and is a few years old. All the Egnyte folder sync into the ELC folder on the NAS. I am told our previous admin, who set up our first ReadyNAS and Egnyte for our other office (this is my first time setting up Egnyte on a ReadyNAS so please bare with me), had to maully set permission on the ELC folder for users to be able to see certain folders. I myself have never been able to access our ELC folder on our previous NAS. I am told this is like coding in a text document and manually typing in user name for certain folder.
Does anyone know how to so do or have heard of this? I myself have never had to do this or even heard of this.
