Hi All,
I am getting this error,
"Err: Could not find internal fla"
I wonder if anyone can help me fix this issue.

It sounds like the internal flash memory has failed. Unfortunately that isn't repairable.
Have you tried disconnecting power for a while (10 minutes or so), and see if that makes any difference?
Thank you so much for you reply Stephen. Actually, I was able to fix it by restarting the ReadyNAS by removing the external USB connected to it. I found this suggestion in this thread:
