ReadyNAS VPN Disconnected
Hi,
ReadyNAS 204 that has worked fine for years with my old laptop. Got a new MBP and installed the ReadyCloud client app v1.7 and signed in using my ReadyCloud user/pass. All fine. Finds the NAS, but then says VPN disconnected.
- I can access the cloud fine and it can see the NAS fine and browse the files
- I can access the local admin console fine with the browser
- I have restarted the NAS, no difference
- NAS running 6.10.3 firmware
Any ideas?

Re: ReadyNAS VPN Disconnected
Hi rickywray2,
Welcome to the Community!
May I know the version of the macOS?
Have you also tried un-installing then re-installing the app?
Also, if you have any security software on the computer, can you try disabling that, then check if you will still get the same issue?
Regards,

Re: ReadyNAS VPN Disconnected
Thanks. Catalina 10.15.4. Yes reinstalled once. no difference. Yes I have SEP (Symantec Endpoint Protection) enabled, however this was true fot the last MBP I had that worked fine. It is locked by my company and I cannot turn it off.
Any other ideas?
Regards
Richard
