ReadyNas 102 - Not working after firmware 6.7.4 upgrade
Hi
My Readynas 102 (RN-10200-100EUS) has been working flawless for a couple of years with the firmware it was shipped with. Now I have updated the firmware a couple of times from the admin page and now I cannot access it anymore.
Raidar shows "Management Service Offline"
I cannot access the Admin page since I only get ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE I have tried different browsers
Cannot download logs
I feel stuck here.
(Update, if I reboot I can access the admin page for a short time but then I guess the Management Service goes offline and I loose the connection)
Regards
Hippo

Re: ReadyNas 102 - Not working after firmware 6.7.4 upgrade
Update:
By being really quick after a couple of reboots I managed to briefly access the fwbroker site and uploaded the 6.7.5 firmware.
Raidar showed 6.7.5 after another reboot but now the unit is stuck in "Upgrading"
I have tried the USB recovery method with no luck, still stuck in "upgrading"
I have tried OS Reinstall and Volume Read Only but still no progress.
I have family photos on the disk. Is it possible to reinstall OS on another new disk and then connect the existing disk afterwards and
access the data?
Regards

No.
Netgear support (my.netgear.com) is probably the safest and quickest next step. Ask about per-incident support.
If you are experienced with linux, you can also mount the volume on a linux PC.
