ReadyNas 3138 not booting

I have bought recently (about 2 weeks ago) a ReadyNAS 3138 system and placed in my home RACK. Since then it ran perfectly fine, until yesterday.
I've decided to clean up in the rack (needed to set up new cables, for the RN as well). Since then the systemis not booting up, it hangs with blinking Power led and the Network LED on.
Doesn't react on any reset attempts. Do you have any ideas for troubleshooting?

Re: ReadyNas 3138 not booting
Thanks for the reply, i was to impatient pressing the reset button, needed to press it approx 45 secs to get the device reset.
Nevertheless thanks for the hint - i was intending to install, but wanted to give a try pushing the reset for a longer time, and don't intend to put the device in the same state again, but in case i will install RAIDar.

Re: ReadyNas 3138 not booting
Especially with units without a display, RAIDar is an important tool. A NAS is not a "set and forget" device, and RAIDar is your first look at its health.
