how do I disable Internet access on readynas and enable Local Network Access Only.

Easiest way is to 

1. disable ipv6 on the NAS (if your NAS supports ipv6)
2. manually configure an ipv4 static address on the NAS, but put in an incorrect router IP address.

You will lose NTP time sync, email alerts, and check for updates if you do this.
